Stop Swarm

A visual way to make doomscrolling harder to ignore.

Choose one daily screen-time goal. Strictly after 75% of that goal, visual overlays progressively appear while your phone remains usable.

How it works

Stop Swarm measures one aggregate daily total from Android screen and lock-state events. It does not read screen content or typing. The overlay does not receive touches, and you can hide it for one minute, pause tracking until tomorrow, or disable Stop Swarm.

Android or a protected app may still reject touches while any overlay is attached. Hiding the swarm temporarily detaches that window while aggregate tracking continues.
